116.95 means for 1 USD, you can exchange for 116.95 JPY.Therefore, if 1 USD can exchange for more JPY, say 118.00 JPY, USD appreciated against JPY.
Conversely, if 1 USD can exchange for less JPY, say 115.00 JPY, USD depreciated against JPY.
日元=0.06632 means for 1 JPY, it can exchange for HKD 0.06632.
You can calculate it by this formula: 7.7560/116.95
becasue 1 USD can exchange for HKD 7.7560 and also 1 USD for 116.95.
