The discussion area application is complex, but this website only needs to be able to make the simple exchange the tool, therefore the discussion area is not must. Adds on, the discussion area compilation is complex, has the certain difficulty. Finally I have not selected him.

網內必須備有電郵地址，因為方便用家傳送資料能被保密，及附帶文件。加上其申請方法方便，用家普遍，故我採用電郵。

E-Mail Address
You web site must include e-mail address, because that would make it easier to keep secreat for users to convey message and files. And also e-mails are popular, and even it is easy to register, so I use e-mail for this.

留言板
留言簿的檔案結構簡單，所有留言均在同一列表內顯示，方便閱讀。現時留言板，亦加入用客回覆的功能。所以亦能作用戶與用戶之間的交流工具。我在網站上所採用的留言板是由cgi編寫的，使是Apeskin。其原因是Apeskin使用很普遍，使用的好處就是可以隨時更換版面而又能保有原來的留言紀錄。

Message Board
The format of message board is simple, every commend will show in the same list, and it makes it easy to read. Now adays, even added a progrem for users to put commend. Therefore it can also be a communicate tool. I am useing a message borad that wrote by CGI, Apeskin. Because Apeskin is a common progrem, and you can even change the skin whenever you like. Also it can save the origin records.

討論區
討論區應用較為複雜，而本網站只需一個能作簡單交流的工具，所以討論區不是必須的。加上，討論區的編寫複雜，有一定的難度。最後我并沒有選用他。


Forum
A forum is more complicated then what we need in this wed site, therefore adding a forum is optional. Plas, writing the progrem of forum is complicated, it will be challenging. So I didn.t choose to use it.

Email
An email address must be contained in the website so that information can be kept confidential and files can be attached when used at home. Furthermore it is popular and the registration steps are easy, I use email.

Message Board
The structure of message board is simple, all messages are shown in the same list and is easy to read. Nowadays the guest-reply function can be added into message board, therefore it can act as a communication tool between users. The message board I used in the website is compiled in cgi format with Apeskin. It is very common to use Apeskin and the advantage of using Apeskin is that the message history can be kept while changing pages.

Discussion forum
It is more complex to use discussion forum while what this site need is just a tool that can be used for simply communication, so discussion forum is not necessary. Also the compilation of discussion board is complex and difficult, so I did not choose it.
