pH 14 唔係最鹼的物質,pH just a number indicate concentration of H+ ion.pH 可以去到此14更高既value.substance 既concentration 越高pH then will be higher. 好似carbonanion咁, C atom 有3 bonded pairs and 1 unbonded pairs 所以 the lone pair will attach the H in H2O to give OH- ion.所以係無話最鹼的物質
