1) maybe your software have problems , u can go to update your mobile software in Nokia Centre about $250 , or if u want cheap, go mongkok 先達廣場 , most shop update software about $100- $180 , (1/f shop will cheaper)

2) maybe the mobile's main board problem, u would go to check in Nokia Centre first, or if u want to repair in 先達廣場 about $380 - $500 la (i also dont want to see your mobile in this problems , because it is hardly to repair !)
