我屋企係用網上行上網!唔知點解每次一定要上左icq先上到網,,唔開icq先就上唔到網,,點解ar???

When you use 網上行, you must need to make the connection before, being you setup the icq will auto dailup the 網上行 connection that why when you use ICQ, the 網上行 dailup will connected, you can use Internet.

If you don't want to do, you MUST have 網上行 connection icon in your computer, Go to Control Panel, select Network connection, you should see one of the icon is 網上行 connection, you can copy shortcut on the desktop, when you start for Internet before, click and connect it. You can use internet without ICQ.

Or you can in IE, Tool, Internet Option, Connections, you can select auto connect 網上行 connection . That mean everytime when you open IE, the computer will AUTO connect 網上行.
