是什麼意思 for and behalf of ? In the presence of ? 怎樣用 ??

在協議書上，For and on behalf 及 In the presence of 嗰兩個位置， For and on behalf係契約方的授權代表簽署。In the presence of 是見証人(witness)簽的。

For and on behalf，顧名思義，是代表某人或某公司。For可解「替」或「為」某某，而on behalf of 只有類似意思。一般公司都會授權某人去簽署協議，由於公司是法人而不是自然人，就算是公司的董事長去簽，仍是 for and behalf of 公司。

但如果契約方是位自然人，而這位自然人親自簽署，咁 for and behalf of 就不適用。In the presence of 顧名思義是在某人面前，是協議書上見証人簽署的地方。Presence有「在場」的意思。
