How to set the fomula in excel??

if cell in column A is less than "0" and column B is more than "0";, the whole roll will turn to red.
What will be the formula?

1.全選工作表 (即係在工作表座標 1 字上面，A 字左邊的灰色長方格按一下mouse左kick)
2.按「格式」「設定格式化條件」
3.把條件一 , 「儲存格的值」改為「公式為」
4.在緊隨右面的地方輸入公式 =IF($A1<0,IF($B1>0,TRUE,FALSE),FALSE)
5.按一下緊隨下面的「格式」選「圖樣」KICK 你想要的紅色
6.按「確定」再「確定」

我發覺B欄輸入文字時也會視為大過零，所以要在B欄乘1，讓電腦確實B欄是一個數目。=IF($A1<0,IF($B1*1>0,TRUE,FALSE),FALSE)is it ok?
