Where can I buy 6 inch sponge cake?

Have you tried using Sara Lee's Pound Cake? I think that would be better than sponge cake..

Otherwise try CitySuper.

Traditional Taramisu has to be made with ladies fingers..don't forget the coffee syrup...
If you can't find, my suggestion is - Bake Your OWN!!!
