If you prefer school in Tsuen Wan, I am afraid there are not many choices for you. FTU(工聯會) might have korean courses in their Tsuen Wan Centres, but I do not recommend you to take the Korean courses in FTU, if you really want to learn good Korean.
If you want to take the course near Tsuen Wan, maybe you can consider HKU SPACE or CUHK, for sometimes they have courses in Mei Foo, which are close to Tsuen Wan. But schools have organized Korean courses for a long time. If you want to learn Korean without much pressure, I would recommend HKU SPACE. But if you want to learn Korean more systematically, especially the grammar aspect, I would recommend CUHK.
However, if you want to learn better conversation, I would recommend KLEC (
http://www.klec.com.hk) or Hee Sung Korean Language School (
http://www.hs-korean.com.hk) to you. These schools are small class teaching and you can have many chances for practising conversation. The teachers are Koreans and can speak Cantonese (in KLEC, some can't speak Cantonese but can speak good Putonghua or English). KLEC have classes in Mong Kok and Wan Chai while Hee Sung is at Tsim Sha Tsui. Though the course fee would be more expensive when compared with the Universities mentioned above, it is worthwhile in terms of the things you learnt. I have studied in HKU SPACE and KLEC before, and now studying in Hee Sung. I must say that among the 3 schools, I learnt the most in Hee Sung, KLEC the second, and HKU SPACE the least.
If you need further information on other Korean courses, you may refer to my former answers, as I have shared my own experience and my friends' experience in a number of questions. You may get some more reference from my answers.
I hope the above could help you.
