訓練肌肉問題..

我今年13歲 身高172cm左右 體重大約50kg左右..
我想問點樣訓練胸肌 腹肌 手臂力同埋背肌呢??
同埋我老師叫我舉啞鈴..但係我又唔夠年齡入gym
我想問係邊到買啞鈴先平..同埋我既年齡應該舉幾多磅既啞鈴呢??

for my suggest..wait until u turn 18..you are way too early to workout and lift weights...the only workout you can do is cardio

其實都係做掌上壓,sit up之類啦~
用幾重的啞呤,係睇你想點練,同埋可以舉到幾重~而唔係睇年紀~每個人力量都唔同,點可以單單用年齡去決定呢~
反而我好有興趣知道~點解你老師叫你舉啞呤
始終你重細,做多d帶氧運動會比單單練局部的肌肉較好...
