Yes, you can bring teapot to Australia. However, I don't know what is the material of the tea pot. If your teapot is a wooden teapot then you better declare as the custom may have to spray sth on the wooden product to avoid any insects bring into Australia. Normal clay teapot should be fine. I have friends bring in Chinese 紫沙茶壺 to Australia and they have no problems. Again, if you are really worry, you can always declare.
