如持有雙程証 , 有沒有需要申請身份証?

If the girl from china and has married to the HK guy, and only live in HK around 2 years, she is using 雙程証 now, does she need to apply HK ID card? If yes, how? And does she need to apply 雙程証 once she get the HK ID card?

Chinese people with 雙程証 is not eligible to have HKID card. They are visitors, not HK residents.
