1. 心淡, 可以用:
--disheartened (adj, meaning: losing of hope or confidence / 同灰心, 沮喪, 日常用語)
--dispirited (adj, meaning losing hope and enthusiasm / 氣餒, 心灰意懶)
-- the enthusiasm wanes (noun+verb, a person's concern and interest in something gets weaker gradually / "熱情減退", 形容因多次失望而意興闌珊那種"心淡")
---樓上的"heart is pale"不好. 英文裡只有顏色, 臉色才會pale (蒼白, 淺色), heart 不會pale的. 這是chinglish. 外國人看了只覺不知所云.

2. 失戀 有很多方式表達
---be disappointed in love (i.e., 戀愛失敗. 稍為文雅的用法)
---to fall out of love (i.e., 戀愛失敗. 比較口語的用法)
---(someone) was dumped by his/her girlfriend/ boyfriend (i.e., 某人被男友 / 女友甩了, 在日常口語之中較多這樣說來表示某人失戀)
--(someone) has broken up with his/her girlfriend / boyfriend (i.e.,某人和男友/女友分手了, 也是日常用語中較常用表達"失戀"的方法)
--樓上的lovelorn 不錯是表示"失戀"的形容詞, 可是這是一個十分literary (文體語) 的字, 日常不會用, 只用在嚴肅和具文學性的文章之中
