From the very very beginning... it has 16MB,,,,,, but now you are not easy to find it... unless you can arrange some shop to do it for you for company gift. But the point is, the production cost may be same as you make 128MB or 256 MB...I still have one 32MB USB 手指 on hands... and I see still have 64MB in the market... but it was really really hard to find...
