SICK LEAVE APPLICATIONS應該點寫??

My brother is studying AD in HKU Space too. He said that there should be a form in the counter you can get, just next to the cover sheet for assignment form. But if you are saying you are sick, you will have to have a doctor's certficate (chinese doctor is okay) No need to write a letter yourself!
You can also check your learner's portal for this form. Really no need to write a letter. Moreover, Even if you need to write a letter, you can write in Chinese. I am sure!
