Motion House位於銅鑼灣的中心地帶,除了交通便捷之外,更顯出本中心將健體運動的新意念,引進這個購物娛樂潮流集中地的決心;加上課程時間靈活、有彈性,而且收費合理,絕對可以切合每個學員不同的需要。Motion House因應現代人對於身心平衡的渴求,特別揉合泰拳、西洋拳和體適能等運動的優點,從而創制出一套嶄新的教學理念,致力提供全面、優質,提升身心發展的健體課程。
Motion House深明每個學員有著個別的期望和需要,因此嚴格限制每班的人數,讓每位學員也得到充份的照顧;並特別按照每個學員的取向、進度和能力施教,協助學員發揮潛能,達致最佳的效果。本中心的課程著重雙向的交流,鼓勵學員主動表達,及與導師和其他學員間的互動,藉此加強學員的自信和溝通的能力。在專業的導師的指導下,配以精心設計的課程,學員可以鍛練出良好的運動技巧,包括身體協調、科學化的體能訓練技巧等。藉著有系統的訓練,更可增強集中力以及減壓。
Objective
Motion House located conveniently on the center zone of Causeway Bay. This shows our determination to introduce the brand-new idea of fitness activities to this shopping and entertainments area. All Motion House training programs are flexible, elastic and the fees are reasonable, we have confidence that our programs can suit different needs of each student.
Motion House understand that people are aspiring the balance between body and mind. We integrate the excellence of Muay Thai, Boxing and Physical fitness, and create an innovative training pedagogy. It aims to provide comprehensive and high quality fitness programs, in order to promote the development of body and mind.
We know that every student has different expectation and demand, so we strictly limit the numbers of each class, in order to take care of every student sufficiently and our programs are according to the orientation, progress and ability of each student. Tailor-made programs aid students to elaborate their potential and achieve good training results.
All Motion House’s programs emphasize two-way communications, so we encourage students to express themselves actively, and interact with instructors and classmates. This helps to strengthen student’s self-confident and ability of communication. Under our professional guidance and well-designed programs, students can learn the good Athletic skills include the co-ordination of body and scientific training skills etc. According to our systematic trainings, students can enhance the ability of concentration and reduce pressure.

<泰拳>:又稱「八臂拳」,拳手會用盡身體四肢中的八個不同部位,包括拳、腳、肘和膝,加上腰部及腿的靈活轉動配合而進行攻守。
<西洋拳>:雙方運動員只運用雙拳攻擊及防守,因此需要運用大量身體及步法之移動及閃避配合。
<體適能>:以科學化的理據支持,並配合身體狀況,進行各種動作,以達致預想的效果。
