我係７月被人偷左手機，我就走去警局報案，之後警局係今日寄左信比我話佢拉到個賊，告入左佢，多謝我報案，咁我有冇得攞返部手機ｏｒ手機價值ｇｅ＄＄呢？

應該有得攞返, 但可能要件案件程序完晒先可以攞返.
