mac keyboard 有冇快鍵 for changing to windows from Mac OS X?

i'm using iMac......I use both Mac OSX and Windows very often........i want to know that mac keyboard 有冇快鍵 for changing to windows from Mac OS X, or from Windows to Mac OS X (except restart the computer and hold the 'option' buttion)? Can someone teach me? it will be more convenient!! thx

Holding the option key is only way to choose start up OS off the keyboard while restarting. The only alternative for you will be using Parallel Desktop.
