焦糖布丁

將砂糖放入煲內
put the granulated sugar into the bowl
煮到全部變色後
when its colour turns
加入水用慢火煮至金黃色(中途不能攪拌)
then add water ,leave to simmer in low heat until it turns golden brown.(no stiring)
把焦糖倒入布丁杯內待凝固
add granulated sugar into pudding cup and wait until it's solidified
牛奶加糖煮沸
add sugar into milk and boil
加入事先打散的蛋汁
add the prepared beaten egg
加入雲尼拿油攪均
add vanilla and stir it
倒入模型中
transvase it into models
放入預熱了180度既焗爐中焗(烤盤中加水)
put them into a preheated-oven of 180 degree and bake it(add water into the baking tray)
