將砂糖放入煲內...
煮到全部變色後,
加入水用慢火煮至金黃色(中途不能攪拌)
把焦糖倒入布丁杯內待凝固
牛奶加糖煮沸,
加入事先打散的蛋汁。
加入雲尼拿油攪均
倒入模型中,
放入預熱了180度既焗爐中焗(烤盤中加水)

Caramel Pudding


將砂糖放入煲內
put the granulated sugar into the bowl

煮到全部變色後
when its colour turns

加入水用慢火煮至金黃色(中途不能攪拌)
then add water ,leave to simmer in low heat until it turns golden brown.(no stiring)

把焦糖倒入布丁杯內待凝固
add granulated sugar into pudding cup and wait until it's solidified

牛奶加糖煮沸
add sugar into milk and boil

加入事先打散的蛋汁
add the prepared beaten egg

加入雲尼拿油攪均
add vanilla and stir it

倒入模型中
transvase it into models

放入預熱了180度既焗爐中焗(烤盤中加水)
put them into a preheated-oven of 180 degree and bake it(add water into the baking tray)

first put the sugar in a cooking container to cook it until it all changed the colour.
then add water into it and cook it by a small fire without stirring it.
third, pour the caramel into the pudding cup to wait for it coagulate
add milk and sugar to cook until it boils then add in the aqueous form egg which has already stirred well.
add in the vanilla oil and stir well.
pour it into the model then heat it in the oven which is preheated with 180degree C. remember add some water on the baking tray

After cooking to all change color,
Join water to cook to the golden color with the slow fire(the half-way can't mix blend)
Pour into caramel to need concretion inside pudding cup
The milk sugars to boil,
Join to beat loose egg juice in advance.
Joining cloud Ni takes oil Gao all
Pour into model,
Put to go in to prepare heat 180 degrees since the Ju in the Ju stove(roast to add water in the dish)
