Nuff= enough. (If you speak faster then it'll most likely sound like this.)

Enough said= To stop speaking, or stop explaining. It is usually used when a person feels annoyed with another person, becuase he/she have spoken too much. Of course, this is just one of the examples :D

nuff said = say/said enough
