CEO vs Chairman vs Directors

Can anyone tell what is the difference between CEO, Chairman and Directors in terms of their position and power ?

ceo ,制定公司政策,但未必有公司share
chairman公司主席,可以不用上班返公,只是每年開年會及投票,有share
directors,直接參與公司政策的執行,未必有公司share,政策制定未必由他來決定

Chairman > CEO > Directors
