You need to spend some money on it...1. You need one computer / notebook
2. Go to computer shop and buy the 2.5" HD case (USB connection will be fine)
3. Remove your notebook HD and install to the 2.5" HD case.
4. Use the computer and plug the 2.5HD case USB cable and connect to your PC
5. You should see the new drive in your PC, copy back what you want and back it up!

這你可能做唔到，
找電腦師傅幫手，
方法：
先拆 notebook 的硬盤出來，
用另一部電腦取硬盤內的資料，
再裝回硬盤，
重新安裝 Windows
再抄回資料到 notebook
這可以回復正常運作，
注意：這方法是硬盤無壞至取回資料，如有硬盤壞，真是無能圍力。

you could use knoppix 5.1 live CD. It is a Live Linux systems on CD,
basically you just need to insert the disc into the cd-rom and you can copy all the files you need to the usb flash drive.
