我係Washington state讀緊CC, 想transfer去UC..
1.加州既大學係咪通常只會收晒加州本地既學生, 之後先考慮其他states既學生?所以其他states既學生入加州大學既機會係咪好低?
2.如果同樣都係其他state既學生...收resident(green card holder)既機會會唔會比international students高?

1. Yes, priority is give to the students who live in California. You can apply for them, but the school fees will be very expensive!!! I mean you have to pay more than local students! Which UC do you wanna apply for? UCLA? UCSD? UC Berkeley???2. It depends. Usually It wont~
