University and College, unlike in Hong Kong, refer to the same level of institutes in the U.S. I believe.

so do ya mean college or university?I am here in Washington state rite now,
So i am pretty sure University of Washington is pretty good at it
Beside Washington State University and Eastern Washington University are OK too=]
