sugguestion for MTR further business development-project

BD suggestions:
Expand it rail network to cover Hong Kong Island East and South.
Expand its network to cover other districts AFTER KCRC merge such as KLN East.
Expand its indoor and outdoor advertisement business arm.
Expand its property development business.
Extend its business operations to perform 'outsourced' business operations of other locations such as SZ (already) MTR lines, UK underground, etc....
