1.全選工作表 (即係在工作表座標 1 字上面 ，A 字左邊的灰色長方格按一下mouse左kick)2.按「格式」「設定格式化條件」
3.把 條件一 , 「儲存格的值」改為 「公式為」
4.在緊隨右面的地方輸入公式 =IF($A1<0,TRUE,FALSE)
5.按一下 緊隨下面的 「 格式 」選 「圖樣」KICK 你想要的 紅色
6.按「確定」再「確定」
