But then you can't see 煙花 fireworks because it's mountains there. You can see it only if you walk up the mountain. If you don't want to see it, you need to go in into Chinese International school 9th floor the Cafe.

I know it because I go to Chinese International School, and my homeroom is on the 9th floor. I'm in year 7.
