香港特別行政區護照- You can go to 4/F Wanchai Immigration Building, at the tomorrow morning, and bring the air ticket(or some can prove the date you need go to Japan),
the immigration staff will try to issue the 護照 as soon as possible.
(means if you go to Japan at 3/10 afternoon, the 護照 will be ready at morning).
The fee is same as the normally way.(depends on the page of the 護照 you apply).

一般情況下申請旅遊入境簽證需要注意以下事項:
填妥的簽證申請表格；
附有持有人簽署的英國國民(海外)、香港特別行政區護照或香港身份證明書正本，其有效期須從離開當地時起計為期不少於六個月；
香港身份證副本；
證件相片一張(4.5cm x 4.5cm)；
公司或學校放假信；
經濟證明，如銀行戶口月結單或定期存款單據；
已婚女性須出示結婚證明書及經濟證明; 退休人士須出示經濟證明；
來回機票；
申請人須親自前往領事館辦理申請手續，而申請人亦可代其家庭成員辦理申請手續，但須出示有效之關係證明，如結婚證明書和/或出生證明書。
免簽證最長停留期限
申請需時 一般申請需時2個工作天。
