Have and Are and DO - to be used with You and They.
Has and is and does - to be used with She
Can - to be used for anything...but....the following word has to be singular....

e.g., Can you do this for me
e.g. Can she do this for me
e.g., Can she have the cake?
e.g., Can you come forward please?
e.g., Can they come along?
e.g., Have you had the cake yet? ( Note after Have you, need past tense)

逢句子中沒有(verd)的話，可以用Verd-yo-be(eg.is,am,are)
eg.I am a girl.
Are they very happy?
(-V-) (Pron) (adv.) (adj)

若句子中有其他動詞,不能用verd-to-be反而要用其他(eg."Do")
(助動詞)eg. {Do}you like [seafood]?
{Do}he [play] foot ball?
