Your schedule is too tight and will make you very tired. Please be reminded that the distance between cities are from 3 hours to 6 hours normally. It implies that you have to spend 3 - 6 hours on train nearly daily according to above schedule... If possible, please cancel some places (for example cities in Germany)
You should get a Eurail Pass for 1 months if you adapt the above schedule. You travel almost everyday on train, it will be good for you if you have a Eurail Pass

I believe Italy, Swiss, Austria, Italy, France and UK is the core of your trip. That means you can consider to give up Belgium and Netherlands or Germany. 1 out of 2 choices. If I were you, i will not go to Belgium and Netherlands since the scenery in Bruxelles is not so good...

but you can also contact other European Airline like Air France and Lufthansa, usually they will have the similar promotion, they may give you 1 free domestic flight, e.g. Air France... flying from HK to paris, if you pay few hundred more, can fly to Italy, changing in Paris
