想問一問月經的問題

大部份女性於經期期間，都會有乳房脹痛感，原因是肝臟未能完全藏血；不過也不用擔心，沒什麼大問題的。

If the amount of blood flow are remain the same as your regular menstrations, it is normal. Sometimes you may even feel muscle ache around your lower abdoman and thighs, you may feel tired or you may suffer from headache. Those symptoms may cause by your estrogen level changes (hormonal changes).

Please don't worry about, sometimes your symptoms may not be noticeable.
