匯錢到澳洲

在香港做電匯(TT), 通常香港銀行會收取手續費, 這個費用當然是匯款人付, 但同時外國收款銀行也要收手續費, 這個費用是由匯款人在TT form 上選擇是匯款人還是收款人負責的. 但也有些銀行做TT是一定由匯款人負責全部費用的.

I think the bank will only charge 付款人, not 受款人

if you planning to study in Austrlia, first you need to do is apply a bank account

then tell your family all your BSB number and account number so that they can use the details to transfer the money to your account

but I think 定期過錢 is not a good idea

as you know the bank will charge you $100~$150 HKD on every transation (I think that is expensive)

so what I suggest is ask your family to give you may be $5000 ~$10000 AUD for a period half to 1year

this action can save the transation cost and also you can earn the interest (5.5%~6% per annual)

but the important thing is you must contorl yourself, have a good financial planning, dont go to casino, and set up a amount how much you can spend on every month, otherwise.....good luck

In Hong Kong, all banks charge the sender who remit money. i.e. Definitely not the receiver.

The charge in HK is around HK$125 - 150 per remittance.
