Actually its not a big deal,there are so many person use msn,icq,qq to add the person they dont know,its really a common thing,but some of them will invite you to talk about sex with them,or they will use their web-cam to show off their bodies,i think those are not decent person,so i will ignore them and block up those IDs

did you send the person your picture or anything? the other person could also be a prankster...
