You may use the help tool bar, click "help", then choose "Microsoft Excel help", a window will pop up, type "keyboard shortcuts", press enter or the green arrow icon. You will see a list, please choose "keyboard shortcuts" A new window will pop up and showing the keyboard shortcuts. Please click the "+ "sign icon (show all) at the right to show the entire list. Basically those short cut keys also works for microsoft word.
The following are the examples of the common use keyboard shortcuts:
Switch to the next program. ALT+TAB
Switch to the previous program. ALT+SHIFT+TAB
Display the Windows Start menu. CTRL+ESC
Close the selected workbook window. CTRL+W or CTRL+F4
Restore the window size of the selected workbook window. CTRL+F5
When more than one workbook window is open, switch to the next workbook window.CTRL+F6
Switch to the previous workbook window.CTRL+SHIFT+F6
Minimize a workbook window to an icon.CTRL+F9
Maximize or restore the selected workbook window.CTRL+F10
