Help, drainage problem

Received complaint from unit below stating that water dripping from our toilet. but we having use it for one full day, where are water comes from.

If the water is leaking from water pipe install inside the concrete (structure problem), who will be responsible to mix it, me or the management

Do management office notice this leaking...??
What we should do, first check the location with management office where the leaking appear downstair, and imagine where the location corresponse to your home, the sink..?? toilet..?? or shower cubicle/bath tub..?? mostly, the U-tube under your shower cubicle/bath tub is the most unrecongize leakage location, If THIS , call plumber and check this three location once to indenify and fix it..........,
IF NOT, leaking in nowhere inside your property, then there should by those pipes inside the wall, and if the wall is inside your property, there is your responsibility to fix it, IF NOT, like the toilet outlet outside the wall, or the water pipes from outside, then management office take the responsibility ......
