物業火險問題

自住物業火險的保費是怎樣計? 有無各大保險及銀行的保費率提供? 邊間最優惠? Thanks!

你好呀,我係stephanie~英國保誠嘅保險顧問,其實如果你要買火險,首先要睇返你單位嘅面積有幾大,係咪仲供緊樓定已經供完,因仲供緊就要按你仲爭貸款俾你果間bank幾錢,以呢個數再乘返一個保率就會知該年嘅火險年費係幾錢,如果你已供完層樓就會用一個樓宇嘅重建價值去乘返一個保率,呢個比較複雜,可能你要問返相熟嘅地產經紀幫你做返個估價囉!!但你要留意喎,bank一般嘅做法係唔會幫你遞減返個保費架,即係你每供滿一年樓,應該爭少咗間bank嘅錢,咁火險保費亦都會平咗,但bank諗住你地唔知,可能每年都會收返相同保費,咁你就蝕咗架喇!!而且佢地有好多都要你自已親身去遞交文件作審批所以較麻煩.如果你揾保險公司,咁呢啲嘢就交由你嘅agent負責唔使麻煩自己囉!!仲有如果你响該間bank供樓而唔幫襯佢地買火險,咁無論你去邊間bank or 保險公司買火險,你供樓果間bank都要收返你審查費架!我朋友响渣Xbank供樓但想揾我幫佢買火險就要收返佢$200審查費,好略水架所以你自已問清楚先啦!!如果仲有咩問題,你可add我msn再傾,[email protected]希望我啲資料幫倒你啦^^

火險的保費 usually is 0.1 to 0.06% of the sum of assure and it depends on the age of the building NOT the size. For example a 25year old market value HKD8,000,000 is around HKD3000 someting.
