How can I shoot better inside and outside the three point line, go over people and dribble or handle better with the basketball?

u should keep ur merits and train other ability such as strength.nowadays,basketball match focuses on the stamina and strength of every player,because the need to hv impacted with other playersthe only way to play better is to play more
