你去黄金買個外置harddisc將的file copy/paste 就OK! HK$1000~ 有成300GB.Shadow.

Maybe you can go to this site: http://www.sinnercomputing.com/Chop.htm to download the CHOP software, it can hlep you to separate the big size file to some small size file, and then backup it.
