1) Max. abs. err. of the thin metal wire is
=0.1/2
=0.05m
The range of the length is
195-205m
206 is out of the range of 195-205
So, it is impossible
2)
Max. abs. err of each length
=1/2
=0.5cm
The lower limit of each length
=5-0.5
=4.5cm
The total length
=4.5x46
=207cm
207 is out of the range of 195-205
So, it is impossible
