我想問,當妳去見一份有關製衣業的工,佢經常要考妳寫一卦延長貨期英文E-MAIL,請問如何寫才最好呢?

By referring to your order no. A12345 with 10K sweaters (item no. BC20), your original requested ship date was Oct 10th 2007 (on board date).
Previously our internal quality control department has found the buttons came with poor quality so we need the supplier to replenish the goods in good quality. Since all China factories will be in Nation Day Holidays from Oct 1st to Oct 3rd or even longer, the good buttons will only be able to arrive our factory by Oct 5th the earliest.
After discussing with the factory & our PMC, the soonest we can finish the goods will be Oct 12th. We have checked with our Shipping & the next vessel will be departure on Oct 17th which is 1 week after your requested ship date.
Kindly please consider to accept to ship 1 week after your original requested ship date. And we deeply apologize for causing you any inconvenience due to such delay of shipment.
