有時見到center,又有時見到centre...

Center and Centre have the same meaning.Center (American English)
You'd better use 'centre' in Hong Kong instead of 'center' unless you work in an American company.

一樣用法～其實係同一個字
只不過centre/center係英式美式串法不同
就等於realised and realized 都是英美式串法而已
