半島瑞樵閣(CHESA)，主打是瑞士菜，所以一定要食。
如果是兩個人 share 食，可考慮：

生牛肉它它(Beef Tartare)或香煎帶士沙律或暖芝士盤(Raclette w New Potatoes)
2)湯
瑞士菜湯或清湯
3)主菜
首選芝士火鍋(Cheese Fondue)或牛肉火鍋(Beef Fondue)或香燒羊架
4)甜品
薑汁疏乎厘(Ginger Souffle)或巧力克凍糕(Chocolate Mousse)

I have visited this restaurant twice. I just went there last night to celebrate the birthday of my girl friend. It is my choice shared with all of you:
Appetizer:
- a set of Goose liver
- one bowl of Soup (I pick the one priced $95)
Main Dishes:
- one set Swiss Hotpot with potatoes
- one set of Ox tail
