To make 150k in a short time, if i were u, i would mine. Mining is a good way to earn money, by selling 500 mith bars 1.4k-1.5k ea, i can earn 600k+. You can also fish, fish lobsters if u can, cook it or not cook it (up to you), then go to Varrock in world 1, 3 or 4 ( because have many people) and sell it. Or you could get any rubbish or anything you don't want and make a big sale, you can even sell your armor in a high price. That is all i can think of, sorry if it didn't help you.

You can fish swordfish to sell them~you can bring them to Hill giant or Moss Giant then you sell food to others 350gp to 500gp.

1.Mine Coal --- You can sell it for 100--120 each..

If you get your WC up to 60, (Or more) Go to Edgevill or Varrock to cut Yews. 1 Yews = 300-400 GP. If you cut 1K Yews, that means 300K~400K~!!

Its base on your lvl,
What i did is plant herb(Snapdragon) and make potion(Super restore 10k each)
I can get at least 6 herbs in one patch, 5 patch at a time, 5X6=30, so AT LEAST 300k at a time(only for high lvl like me lol)
