If you want the fastest, send by DHL or UPS, it should arrive by next day.(100%). The price depends on the weights, but I think the letter wouldn't heavy. The photo is same as you say. On the other hand, you could sent the e-mail with the photo, it is the fastesr and the cheapest way.
