如果好似你咁計就真係好發,我諗有一半hk人會走去做@@eg:$2000000樓,買家同業主各收1%佣(唔係10%=.=)
=$20000x2
=$40000

normally 1.5% commission from both seller and buyer (i.e. 3% in total). This, however, can be lower if the premise price high (say HK$10m)
the agent can then get 10% from that commission fee.
e.g.
HK$2m
total commission by the firm = 3% x HK$2m = HK$60,000.00
agent can get 10% of HK$60,000.00 = HK$6,000.00
the agent can then get 10% from that commission fee.
e.g.
HK$2m
total commission by the firm = 3% x HK$2m = HK$60,000.00
agent can get 10% of HK$60,000.00 = HK$6,000.00
