不健康的食物,大多是高鹽、高糖和高脂肪的食物,例如快餐食品(如炸薯條、炸雞、淋上大量獻汁或豉油的飯等)、零食(如薯片、蝦條、蝦片、糖果等)、甜品(如雪糕、Cheese Cake、糖水(特別是加入椰汁煮成的)、汽水等)。

部分食物在製作過程中,加入了添加劑(如防腐劑、色素等),多吃無益。

但只要食得其法,偶爾吃一次,是生活的樂趣。 但是食得多是無益的。

Life is being fun under a regular diet, over consumption is worse to health.

Most of the unhealthy food contains high salts, high sugars and high cholesterol level.For example,fast food (eg.French fires,fired chicken,rice with soy sauce or other sauces, ,junk food(potato chips,shrimp chips,candies,etc.),desserts(eg. ice-cream,cheese cake,sugar water containing coconut juice, coke,etc)

During the food making process, some food is added with anti-oxidants and artificial colourings,which are not good to our health if taking too much.

However, if we take in these kinds of food in correct proportion and just take in not so often; such practice is acceptable, which is regarded as the joy of life.But it doesn't benefit us if taking these unhealthy food too much.
