我個AntiVirus update 唔到, 出現以下說話, 我亦重新安裝, 都唔得, 有咩辦法呀, 請幫幫忙。
LU1803: LiveUpdate failed while getting your updates
LiveUpdate had an internal error while getting your updates.Your Symantec programs were not updated.
You should try getting updates at a later time. If LiveUpdate fails again with this error, you should re-install LiveUpdate.

本人亦出現過同樣訊息,LU1803==LiveUpdate,係LiveUpdate軟件出現問題,唔係Symantec AntiVirus,所以重新安裝Symantec AntiVirus是沒有幫助.
要在Symantec AntiVirus 網上下載LiveUpdate軟件( 新版本 3.0.0.171), (舊版本1.80.19.0 )
版本可在C:\Program Files\Symantec 查看, (舊版本是藍色),(新版本是黃色)
1. 先到 www.symantec.com
2. 點選 downloads,再按入你自己Symantec 資料,再尋找LiveUpdate軟件所在的地方.
或下載全新Symantec AntiVirus版本都可以 .
註:如是試用版到期後,則無法下載更新

你的問題我也使過，
到 Symantec AntiVirus website 找 update failed error code 解決都唔得，
重新安裝又喺唔得，因電腦還有記憶體；
到最後，於是我產機重灌 Windows，
再重新安裝 Symantec AntiVirus，後來就 OK 沒事了！
你可參考我的方法！
