學生應唔應該帶手提電話返學校(要英文)

I thought that the student should not carry the portable telephone to the school. Why? The following is I thought that the student should not carry the portable telephone to return to the school the reason.
First, the school lets the place which the student studies, therefore the student needs only and the study related thing brings back the school, like the books, the stationery and so on bring back to the school. The cartoon, the novel and so on thing which has nothing to do with the study should not bring back to the school.
Second, the present portable telephone has multi-purpose, like the photograph, plays the game, the provide news brief and so on. If the student guesses the portable telephone the school, the student possibly when attending class will take the handset plays. Will like this then cause the student not to be wholly-absorbed attends class, the academic achievement to regress and so on consequences.
Third, the portable telephone's price is not low. If the student brings back to the portable telephone the school, but was not also careful has lost or has been stolen by others, that who came responsible? School authorities? Schoolmate? Therefore, did not guess that the portable telephone will return to the school then not to bring about to lose.
Above three reasons, thought that the student should not carry the portable telephone to return to the school.the other thing is that, the mobile is expensive,if it disappears, besides wastes parents' money, will also meet must report the loss of something to the authorities and accept the investigation, will be troublesome. Also, now has many thieves to deceive the young people, the telephone is specially is deceived easily, therefore I did not advocate that the belt handset returns to the school, because the school is the study place, is not the tidal current alternating current, our school has the school K words belt to have nothing to do with the goods with the classroom to buckle a point.

If all the pupil bring their mobile phone the school, that has a lof of disadvantage(壞處), There are my reason about why the pupil shouldn't bring their mobile to school:

1. When it is Maths test or exam, they will use calculating machine(計算機) to do their test. That is very unfair(不公平). If they always uses calculating machine, they doesn't learn anything!

2. Mobile is quite costliness(昂貴), if they lose their mobile, their parents will blame(責備) them. In Hong Kong, there have many thieves(小偷), they will glomyour mobile and money. They aim always is some pupils and callan(青少年).

If you want to bring your mobile to school, your teacher will blame you.
