如果有一個人想申請長者咭，但是佢係resident of guangshou.they also 65 years old .can they 申請長者咭,if yes/no. give a complete reason

如果1個65歲老人申請長者咭:至少要有以下條件1.香港永久居民(住滿7年)
2.65歲以上
但那XX人就不
因他/她不是香港永久居民(住滿7年)

If he/she has a Hong Kong I.D. card, He/She can apply for an 長者咭 in Hong Kong.
Otherwise, No way.
