Hi...i have holding a oversea degree in major accounting. as i stayed oversea so i have no idea:
Q1 what kind of company i should work for. what mean is cpa firm.
Q2 on the other hand how much paid i should ask as i have no experience.
Q3 how long to acquire the cpa qualification.
i very interesting in account field, please provide more detail for me. thankyou very much!!

Ｑ１. Ｙou should work in a CPA firm which is easier for you to get the relevant experience in order to qualify as CPAQ2. As you don't have experience, local CPA firm will only give you around 8K, Big 4 will give you 11K
Q3. Choose a suitable CPA assocation, CPA (Aust), HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, pass all the subject and acquire 3-4 experience => CPA
If you wanna open a CPA firm in future, you have to pass Practical Certificate held by HKICPA(if practised in HK)

如果你本身身在外地, 不如你在當地考當地的會計師牌. 如果你在美國, 英國, 澳洲等地, 先考當地的會計師資格, 取得會計師牌後返香港, 可以免試入香港會計師公會. 這樣做是最好的方法. 你看看你所在地的會計師公會受唔受香港承認吧.
